Basic Concept

When this scroll was added to the game, bloodlines promptly were made worthwhile, previously having had no purpose but to denote affiliation. This scroll allows the wielder to teleport to the location of their vampire's sire or companion.

As such, under the prerequisite that you have a sire/companion and your sire/companion plays along, this is technically another item that can be used to ease Celerity questing. While one's own vampire may not use the transit system, one's companion/sire is not bound to that restriction, meaning that succouring to them can still save you up to about 99 APs worth of time (the maximum distance bridged by transits (100), minus the AP it takes to use them) - and anything up to about ~190 APs (whatever the distance between the pubs furthest apart may be) worth of actual AP used - on your trip.
