The Immolators Guilds have a loose alliance with Dark Desires as a shop in particular. Rumours have it that members of the IG themselves can shop for less coinage in this magic shop - though this doesn't extend to the Splinters of Dusk like so many other things do, which makes the claim hard to verify.
