Immolators Guilds

(This document exists mostly for flavour.)

Beware, document will be expanded/rewritten soon. <3

Run by Narayan and Mercurian Steele, the Immolators Guilds are the most powerful vampires in the city, just short of untouchable, and they have come to Ravenblack City to enlighten the freshbloods a bit of the strength that can be found in a subjective world view and willpower to forge one's own emotional and physical responses to something as every day as pain...

For more information on the in-character construct that the Splinters of Dusk have created (they did have an alliance with the Immolators for a while, you know - what, you don't believe it? Can you prove them wrong? ^_~), you can check out the Immolators Guild History Page.

Powers

Stamina
The summary of Immolators Guild and Splinters of Dusk philosophy, compressed in one power. It makes you bleed and lose your 'precious' blood, converting your pain into something so much more valuable, so much more absolute... ah, yes, revel, for those are 3 000 BP you will never get back, and have aquired a stamina that no one will ever take away from you again...

Suction
Speed is an issue. Stamina is good, yes, alone, but if you take forever to get your bloodpoints up to the point where they can be torn down, you are a weakling that cannot get far. How do you want to use weapons to smite if you have no blood in your veins? Some will be needed. It is not a power - it is a neccessity, a nagging annoyance, like, as a human, having to eat. It is something that you do, you need it, like an animal, or you will collapse and have no strength to fight.

Money you leave...

Narayan was in a good mood when he set the prices for his powers. 8 500 coins for Stamina and 7 500 for Suction - together a mere 16 000. Only capitalism and free market policies (thank you, Narayan, you greedy pig) can push prices this low. Or, well, so you may think. No less than 3 000 BP part from you when you go on your Stamina quests. It requires a large amount of masochism... and even greater courage.

The Factory: Umbrella and 44th

The Factory at Umbrella and 44th is owned by the Immolators Guilds, by Narayan and Mercurian Steele in paticular. It is Steele Industries. Steele Industries produce transit rails, transit hulls, 'copter hulls and the framework for skyscrapers, and the occasional metal alloy they will lend to other companies - for a price. It dominates the market as a near monopoly. The prices have never and will never rise, though, because Narayan is, at heart, a man who believe that one should never get more (or less!) money than one deserves. And afterall, their products really are just that good...
