Before the broken down wooden fence that surrounds this ill fated property is in sight, the noise is audible. Between the loud music and the fighting that both seem to go on all day and night, there are occasional screams or gun shots. Trash is littered along the fence and colourful graffiti covers it completely. "Hell's Kitchen" dominates the rest of the tag art in huge blood red letters that were painted to look like dripping blood.

Where the front gate should be, there are the remains of a burnt out car, and past that can be seen several other burnt out cars littering the yard. No grass grows there any more, the dirt is crisscrossed by tire tracks, with generous amounts of broken glass scattered everywhere. Piles of empty bloodwine and bloodlite bottles lie below all of the windows, and unmentionable items of clothing hang in several of the windows, whether as laundry or advertising is not clear. In some of the windows the legs that own some of those clothes can also be seen dangling out.

Used to be known as Aphaythea's Covenshire and had the following description in that time:

A heavy iron fence surrounds this property and is overgrown with wild roses heavy with both fragrance and thorns. You find a gate with runes carved upon it, and as you watch they swim into focus before your eyes to read; "Our purpose as Vampires of RavenBlack City is to hunt down humans like the rabbits that they are and feast upon their blood."
