The grounds of the Eternal Spiral occupy this block. Surrounding the ancient and improbably large castle there is a dense forest with many paths to choose between. An extremely tall and foreboding wall surrounds the grounds, some would think to keep unwanted guests out, but by the appearance, perhaps it is really to keep them in. Any path could lead to the tower's entrance. Echoing screams from within suggest that if one chooses wrong their fate is not pleasant.

Above the trees the only visible part of the castle is the tower, spiralling high above the clouds, gargoyles all too real snarling down from the escarpments. Occasionally a light can be seen, a scream heard, but most often the sounds of mischievous and nefarious laughter ring out through the grounds.

The strong scent of roses is present from the impressive gardens. There are also eyes peering out suspiciously from within the darkened forest, reflecting the moonlight. Creatures of the night, or victims yet to escape? Topiaries in intricate yet nightmarish shapes and beasts are magnificently arranged on the sprawling lawns - in peripheral vision they appear to move, and it's not entirely clear that they don't.
