Separated by a crimson granite prism, two large stone towers rise from the earth toward the blackened heavens. From a distance, the temple's outer walls seem to emanate a deep sanguine hue that cloaks its immediate surroundings. At the entrance to the narthex, two gold cherubs face each other, their wings forming an overhang to the temple's porch. A dark figure stands still beneath their outstretched wings, warding away the mere curious and faint of heart. Above him, etched in the granite is an elaborate ancient writing, decipherable only by members of the brood. It reads: "Membership is obtained through the baptism of blood."

Prior to the square being taken up by a lair, there was an RP-only location here, called Tower of Blood with the following description:

Step away from the busy streets of RavenBlack city and through a wrought iron black gate adorned with climbing roses. Off the corner of Fear and thirteen walk down a path lined with oaks and scented by the fragrant white oleander growing in the lush gardens to the Villa of Blood. Seated at the foot of the path guarded by two ever watchful gargoyles is cozy manor for all the Blood Seekers to socialize. Friends are welcome and allies invited. Only those of true blood are allowed to venture further.

Raising from earth and ash the Tower of blood reaches towards the blackened heavens. Shrouded in night and illusion no one knows how far it extends though it is rumoured to have 100 floors, one floor for each of the stars pulled from the sky during its creation. Far older than any who roam the city of RavenBlack, the origins of the Tower remain hidden by the most powerful of all sorcery, time. Within the first five floors of the building you will find the common areas. This is where the vampires of the Tower meet and decide the actions of their clan. These inheritors of the Caine's blood have assembled in the effort to renew the flame of nobility long squelched within the spirits of kin and kine.

Dark and foreboding the Tower stands its exterior covered in black onyx and offering less than a warm welcome. Yet upon entrance at the first floor the members bound by blood and trusted allies will cross over a threshold inscribed with the seal of Caine, a leafless tree bound by the Trinity. The main entrance is spacious and at the center there is a large stone stair case leading to the next level.

On the second floor are the gathering chambers. Decorated in a baroque style and lit by soft candle light these comfortable alcoves provide ample space for discussions and socializing. Climb up another set of stairs and you will find the library. Lined with volumes of fact and lore this is the refuge and haunt of those that seek knowledge of the past and portences of the future. The last two accessible floors hold sleeping chambers for the Seeker so that they may rest from their many journeys and adventures.

Beyond this are the unknown floors of the Tower. To venture further would take a brave and knowledgeable heart indeed. No one knows what lies beyond and many are the sounds that creep down the pitch black stair way into the lower levels when night gives way to day in the final hours that link this world to the next.

Enter into the estate and join the Seekers of the True Blood as they quest to renew the promise of Caine. Deep within the curse of the hunger hides a hidden truth. Only those noble of spirit and true of heart will be granted entrance to the Tower of Blood.
