There stands a large mansion, with wire fence all around, and a guarded gate that opens to the front driveway. There's a swimming pool out back, a fruit orchard off to the side, and stables on the other side. The mansion has a wrap-around veranda, and a two-person swing at the back of the veranda. There are three Dodge Vipers parked in the large garage. There is a wooden sign next to the house number on the front porch, engraved on it is "Delgado"

Inside the mansion there is a spacious living room, with a fully stocked bar, and a fireplace. There is a young maid and butler, who would greet someone coming in. Off the living room are a large library, a kitchen and a storage room equipped with a washer and dryer. Upstairs there are four guestrooms, and a recreation room; complete with dartboards, a pool table, a poker table and a mini bar. Downstairs is the master bedroom, and an indoor swimming pool with a Jacuzzi just off to the side.
