Overlooking the dark streets is a dimly lit castle, one that is unknown to most kindred. To the vampires that do know it, it is known as Ordo Dracul Sanctum, The Sanctuary for the Order of the Dragon. Its appearance is shadowed by the two large dragon statues that guard the gates of the magnificent courtyard. Inscribed on one of the dragons is a message. "Ordo Dracul Sanctum, Offering guidance and indepth knowledge to fellow Kindred on how to enhance and overcome the Vampiric Curse, using the teachings of Vladamir Tepes, our Founding Father.
