Scrolls of Teleportation

Basic Concept

A Scroll of Teleportation sends you from one point in Ravenblack City to another of your choice - or, perhaps, not of your choice if you accidentally hit 'Teleport' before you get to change the dropdowns. It's insanely useful for shortening quests and heightening your chance of success, paticularily with Celerity, where these costly scrolls are almost essential.

An interesting secondary aspect to Scrolls of Teleportation is that they bypass square fullness for the junctions they teleport you to. In effect, it doesn't matter how many people are at the junction of your location, you'll be placed into it even well past the point a vampire with Surprise could get into it.

Prices

Coins per saved AP considers the scenario that you want to get from one far edge of the city to the other. To do that on foot, you need 99 AP if you use transits - the city has 200 squares in any direction from border to border, the transits are a fourth in from the edges, meaning they bridge half of that (100), and the square you're in obviously requires no movement. Since using a Scroll of Teleportation costs one action point, you effectively save 98 action points on such a worst-case (SoTele-best-case) trip.
