Holy Water
Basic Concept
This is a weapon, was always intended a weapon, and is and always will be used as a weapon. It stings and burns, and how much it subtracts off a vampire is a semi-complicated formula that can be cryptically expressed with: bloodpoints0.6. To make it simple, and in English: The higher your bloodpoints, the more it stings. The use of this item is considered an 'attack' - you can use it once on a vampire, then they need to move again.
You need 200 blood to use Holy Water.
Power Effects
Neutrality modifies the damage that Holy Water does in proportion to the amount of bloodpoints the vampire has - the higher their bloodpoint count, the less damage Holy Water makes (BP0.4?). This is taken to a higher extreme with level 2 (BP0.2?), and at level 3, regardless of bloodpoint count, Holy Water only takes one pint (BP^0) off the vampire - less than a vampire with Suction would in biting them.
Shadows stops Holy Water from being used on a vampire that is in shadows. Then again, you don't neccessarily need Shadows to vanish into shadows... but it does speed the process up considerably.

Fractional prices rounded up. The price per BP is significantly more noticable in low-blood vampires, but of course that doesn't mean you shouldn't shop Discount charismatically - the (here discarded) fractions do add up.
